Bioodour is a containerized biofilter unit designed
for use in compost works, wastewater treatment
plants, sludge treatment plants, as well as in
various industries such as rendering plants, meat
processing, food processing and poultry processing
industry. The process is fully biological and
based on the microorganisms activity degrading
water soluble non-toxic substances. The unit
utilizes mixture of compost and woodchip as filter
material for bacteria to grow on. Bacteria use
organic compounds in exhaust air as nutrients for
their own metabolism thereby cleaning the air. A
sprinkler system is provided to maintain the moisture
content at desired levels for optimum bacterial
activity. Bioodour units are fully automatic requiring
no operator intervention. Standart units have
capacities ranging from 50 m³/h to 3500 m³/h. |

Gas Holder is basically a floating cover with an extended rim
submerged into the water level sufficiently so that in the maximum
lift position of the floating cover the rim still remains below the top
water level. The Gas Holder covers can be provided with vertical
guided system or spiral guided system. In both the cases, the
rollers are attached with the Gas Holder covers around its peripheryl
at uniform spacing to ensure that the cover is properly
balanced during lift position and is not tilted unduly under wind load
conditions. The adequately sized structure is provided to ensure
roller guidance above the gas holder tank area. The Gas Holder
tanks can be provided upto 110' diameter & above.
Gas Holders are also available with engineered flexible membrane
which is sealed tight to the tank wall.

Bioodour atıksu arıtma tesisleri, pompa istasyonları, çamur arıtma
tesisleri yanında et, süt, gıda gibi endüstrilerin faaliyetlerinden
kaynaklanan kokunun arıtımı için tasarlanmıs kompakt bir filtre
ünitesidir. Proses tamamen biyolojik olup mikroorganizmaların
suda çözünen toksik olmayan ve kötü koku olusturan maddeleri
çürütmesi esasına dayanır. Mikroorganizmalar kıymık, torf ve
gübre karısımı ile edilen özel filtre malzemesi üzerinde yetistirilir.
Bakteriler kirli hava içerisinde bulunan besin maddelerini kendi metabolizmalarında kullanarak havayı temizlerler. Optimum
bakteri faaliyeti belli bir nem seviyesinde elde edilebildiginden
otomatik damlatma sistemi ile ortam nemi istenen düzeyde
tutulur. Bioodour üniteleri tam otomatik çalısır ve bakım ihtiyacı
çok düsüktür. Standart ünite kapasiteleri 50 m³/sa ile 3500
m³/sa arasında degisir.,
